Alexandra Labrum - President

Because of her years of experience and well earned reputation in the field, Alexandra's name recognition is perhaps her best asset.
Her impressive list of clients has been gained by referral and networking.

Born and educated in Scotland, Labrum moved to London as a teen-ager where she earned her first taste of the business world with an American company.

"I worked as a secretary in London, where you're considered a 'personal assistant' and have to know absolutely everything about everything." she said.

"My first job was with Chase Manhattan Bank and I later trained as a secretary with Monsanto Chemical, eventually earning a supervisory position."

"I learned early on what it takes to be a good employee and a good boss."

Considering herself very much a 'people person', Labrum also deems herself a 'workaholic' who enjoys working and 'can't sit still for very long'.

Labrum opted to freelance her secretarial services, giving herself the added advantage of learning even more about various employers.

" I love my work and enjoyed the different work experiences, but I really wanted to work with people." She says, "So, I joined a personnel agency in 1985 and then opened my own agency in '93."

She believes that word of mouth is the best advertisement.

A resident of Sparta, NJ, for almost 30 years, her network circle includes the civic, business, and artistic community.

Ms. Labrum is an active member of the Sparta Rotary, UNICO, Lake Mohawk Golf Club, Lake Mohawk Country Club, Cornerstone Playhouse and the Sparta Woman's Club.

She gives seminars on finding employment at various colleges and schools.

Alexandra is a founder member of the prestigious Park Avenue Club located in Florham Park, NJ.
